The Role: We are seeking an intelligent, organized and self-motivated person to support the management team with daily tasks. You must be responsible, reliable and have an excellent telephone manner. This is an entry-level position with great career opportunities for the right candidate. No experience is required however any customer service or office experience is an advantage.

Your primary duties will include: Answering the phone, Document filing, Maintaining stock in spreadsheets (Excel), Data entry, Email correspondence, Maintaining social media channels and general ad-hoc administration duties as required.

 The Person: Be organized, precise and have great attention to detail. Be intelligent and a quick learner who can think logically. Customer focused with a friendly & confident phone manner. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc). Ability to multi-task. Commitment to exceptional customer service. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Reliable, responsible, honest and have a good work ethic. Must be well presented and have a professional attitude. Long-term commitment to being part of a growing business.
