The successful candidate will have the following qualities: Motivated, dynamic & industrious with "can-do" attitude Highly assertive. Highly technical with a project management background. Must possess a sense of urgency. A minimum of 7 years contract management experience in the HVAC or similar industry. Diploma In project management. The ability to manage and control project budgets. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Must be able to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously. Superior computer skills with Microsoft office and MS Projects. The ability to produce basic sketches & drawings according to site measurements. The ability to adopt new systems and embrace continuous improvement. Must be willing to be hands on when required.
