Hr Co-ordinator german

Our client, a large multinational technology company, is recruiting a HR Co-Ordinator for a 9 month contract to work as part of their HR Shared Services team. This team supports the employee population across the EMEA region, this role in particular will support their German speaking markets so business level fluent German is essential.

Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include

Key Responsibilities

    * On-boarding
          o Recruitment Administration
          o Induction Coordination
          o Background screening
    * HR System Data Entry
    * Verification of Employment and HR Letters
    * Off-boarding
    * Compliance and Data Integrity (audits)
    * Maintain Employee Files and HR Records
    * Employee Leave Management
    * Payroll Administration
    * Benefits Coordination

Minimum Qualifications

    * Educated to degree level or equivalent.
    * 1-2 years experience in a HR role
    * Experience with HR Management Systems.
    * Exceptional attention to detail.
    * Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office.
    * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks within defined deadlines.
    * Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with international colleagues.
    * Fluency in German and English (plus an additional European language would be an advantage)
