Operational Customer relationship Manager, Location, City Centre, Durban City, Job Type Full-Time. Primary: Responsible for managing relationships with all levels of management in stores. Successful execution of Campaigns and Activations at store. Responsible for overall management of the Company store operations, staff performance and achievement of Bonsella targets.

Secondary: Ensuring efficient operation of the store to maintain. Customer Satisfaction. Managing Retail Engage resources, including employees, infrastructure and finances to meet the business objectives and achieve results. Knowledge Required: Proven Track Record in Customer Relationship . Management. Sound Knowledge in Retail and FMCG. Sound Knowledge in Sales, Marketing and Retail Operations. Skills: Sales and Results Driven. Managerial. Ability to Work Under Pressure. Customer Service Orientated. Professional. Reliable. Leadership.

Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the Retail/FMCG industry (Compulsory). Previous Management Experience. 5 years sales and customer relations management experience, with the ability to communicate on all levels. (internally, stores and brands). Other Requirements: Grade 12 A formal tertiary sales/marketing/business management qualification will be advantageous. Fluent in English (Zulu will be advantageous). Valid Driver’s Licence. Own Reliable Vehicle. Must be willing to travel extensively.
