Customer Service and Admin Officer, NSW Government, Call Centre, Sydney, Parramatta & Western Suburbs, Salary, $28 - $36 per hour + Super.

The Company: Our client is a large and well recognized organization and are well known across NSW. This Government department prides itself on hiring hard working and passionate candidates that want to help improve our state’s growth and development. They are currently seeking to employ an experienced, hardworking and resilient Customer Service/Admin officer on a contract basis for 2 months based in Silverwater within their call centre.

The Job: During this assignment within their call centre you will be responsible for the following duties: Booking and processing of visitors. Frontline customer service. Administration and clerical duties as required by Management.

You: To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas: Strong customer service and reception experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
