Administrative Officer, Part-time, continuing contract. Salary: $54,128 plus (12% Super and 17.5% leave loading) per annum, pro-rata (Full-Time Equivalent $10,825)

The Role: The School of Medicine is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join the Communication and Clinical Practice (CCP) team. This part-time position is job-share and will provide the opportunity to utilise your excellent administrative and communication skills.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to: providing administrative support to the CCP team as required including assisting with the administration of the: weekly clinical and procedural skills programs; living anatomy program; and clinical exams (OSCEs); managing the School’s volunteer patient program; working closely with the CCP Support Officer and CCP Laboratory Technician to ensure the delivery of a high quality clinical and procedural skills program; Skills & Experience.

To be successful for this role, you will: Completion of Year 12 or Certificate II with relevant work experience; and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training. Experience working in a tertiary environment with an exposure to health terminology. Well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
