Casual Receptionists - Logan, Brisbane City, Brisbane North side, Entire Podiatry, Brisbane, CBD & Inner Suburbs, Salary, $20 - $24.99 per hour. We are looking for independent, friendly team members In Your Role You Will Be Responsible For, But Not Limited To: opening and closing clinics (eg. 8am open, 6pm close), providing outstanding customer service, handling phone calls, bookings, queries, etc, entering and maintaining patient data, processing patient payments, including handling cash, HICAPS, EFTPOS, electronic Medicare/DVA claiming/processing and general accounts, daily reconciliation, liaising with other receptionists, Practice Manager and Podiatrists to provide day to day administrative support and take an active part in working closely with other team members to manage daily tasks, sterilisation of instruments, stock control and shoe sales, assisting with clinic housekeeping, working with our various IT systems, supporting marketing initiatives, other general administration duties where directed.

To Be Part Of The Entire Podiatry Team You Would Need To Have: up to date computer knowledge and be efficient and confident using computers, a pleasant, friendly approach to customers and other staff, outstanding organisational skills to assist with the day to day running of our clinics and maintain time management, an ability to work under pressure and multi-task with a high attention to detail, a can-do attitude and a willingness to take on responsibility, honesty and commitment, an ability and desire to learn and improve, an ability to be punctual and reliable, availability from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday (within reason), flexibility to cover sick and holiday leave.
