As the first point of contact you will need to demonstrate your ability to run front of house efficiently, show excellent customer service skills as well as have vivacious and infectious personality. In addition you will be well presented and have previous experience in reception. Reporting to the Office Manager, your day to day duties will involve; Answering and diverting calls, Meeting & Greeting clients, Mail, banking, filing, General support for the Sales & Property Management teams, General administration.

The successful candidate will have; Current Real Estate Certificate or in process of getting it is ideal. Experience in Customer Service. Have a can do attitude and be willing to jump in and help the whole team. Excellent communication skills. Immaculate presentation. Great computer skills. Benefits; Great office environment.
