This Boutique Real Estate Agency is seeking the new face of this brand new office, based in the Prahran area. This Well know Agency is seeking a Receptionist/Admin that would love to be of something truly amazing.

The Role: You hours of work will be from Mon - Fri, Welcoming new people into the office and handling the incoming enquires. The role will also involve administration skills with also your love for customer care. We are looking for someone who radiates confidence and who is warm that can make our clients feel welcome, and keep coming back. 

Meeting & Greeting clients. Answering all phone enquiries. General support in Admin and Sales support. Handle Mail in going and out going. Filing and organizing. Diary management.

The Candidate: Enjoy working with people. Polished and well presented. Must have Agents Rep certificate or willing to obtain. Excellent communication skills. Enjoy organising and be being the front person. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Social media experience would be preferred but not necessary.  The Benefits: Monday - Friday opportunity.
