Mortgage Arrears Case Manager

Our client, the Irish division of an international banking group, are recruiting for experienced Mortgage Arrears Case Managers. The successful candidates will be responsible for full end-to-end mortgage arrears management.

Responsibilities

    End to end arrears management; initial contact, SFS completion, client engagement, credit assessment proposals, forbearance implementation, etc.

    Regular reporting to management both formally and informally

    Maintain compliance with all Central Bank regulation

    Work closely with other connected teams to assist resolution

Requirements

    3+ years mortgage arrears case management experience

    Excellent knowledge of MARP, CCMA, CPC

    Experience of implementing long term solutions to arrears cases

    Background in retail banking and credit beneficial

    QFA preferable
