You will provide a superior level of service to all Policy holders, Advisors, Clients and internal/external stakeholders, via telephone, email and written communication. Your passion for customer service and working collaboratively with a team will play a key role, along with: Experience in Customer Service and Administration, providing expertise in dealing with client and adviser telephonic and email correspondence.

Attention to detail: Ability to build effective working relationships. Intermediate level of Word, Excel and Outlook skills. Your ability to problem solve and demonstrate initiative, responsibility and accountability will see you excel in this role. Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
