Vacancy - Workshop Foreman, Location: Grahamstown, Eastern Cape, Job Type: Full-Time. opportunity to join the kelston motor group at market square volkswagen grahamstown. We are looking for a Workshop Foreman to manage the workshop.

 Key roles and responsibilities: Supervise the workshop’s operations. Ensure customer satisfaction. Manage people. Ensure all specified apprentice and VWSA training takes place. Update software on diagnostic machines. Administer the disposal of warranly parts. Is able to be on stand-by duty after hours and on weekends. Focus on FRFT. Ensure consistant and accurate feedback to frontline staff and customers. Workshop compliance, Special Tools and SHEQ remain a daily focus.

Qualifications / experience required: Essential Advanced computer literacy and numeracy. Technical qualification – Mechanical / Auto technician/diagnostic technician. Unendorsed Driver’s Licence. VWSA Technician courses required

Desireable: Qualified Technician with 5 years experience in trade. Supervising staff. Must know and understand the various VWSA technical systems and processes
