About You: Are you a mobile locksmith or tradesperson looking for an exciting new challenge? Or a workshop coordinator in a similar industry? Or like working hands-on solving problems? Then this may be the right job for you!

You will be someone who: likes a challenge and providing a high level of customer service; will have previous experience hands-on working with tools; experience working with cars/car keys is an advantage; is keen to learn and expand your locksmithing knowledge and is interested in a career progression; is loyal and genuinely seeking a long-term role in our company; wants to work for a well-organized company that strongly encourages teamwork with like-minded team members; has a natural flare for sales to strengthen existing business relationships; and has a great work ethic.

The Role: You will be working with locks and keys, in particular automotive locks and key cutting and programming, with a diverse client base, including residential, commercial, government, and project clients. Full-time role in a busy retail shop. Leading a small team. Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.00pm—no weekends. Training provided. Excellent pay conditions negotiated according to experience. Work-life balance.
