Administrator/Receptionist, Shine Strong Psychology, Cairns & Far North, Salary $25 - $29.99 per hour. Our private psychology practice requires a new staff member for the role of casual Receptionist/Administrative Personal. We are particularly interested to hear from applicants who want regular shifts for 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday and are interested in stable employment. We forsee that the chosen applicant will be passionate about growing the business with us.

We are seeking applicants with a confident, friendly, and helpful nature, who enjoy working in a busy and fast-paced environment which relies on strong multi-tasking skills. Our reception and administrative staff are the face of our practice and play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running and operations of the practice. We are a busy, dynamic psychology service, with excellent working conditions, and there will be opportunity for you to develop your skills in your role. The confidentiality of all client and practice information must be maintained at all times. Absolute professionalism is expected in the performance of all roles.

Essential Criteria: Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills. Proficient computer skills. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. Experience with an accounting package such as MYOB or Xero. Must have an ABN.

Desirable Criteria: Experience working in a health care setting. Relevant training and/or previous experience in a reception, PA or EA role. Shine Strong Psychology has been operating for the past 2 years and has grown to an office that accommodates 3 psychologists.  We do individual and group sessions and are centrally located in Cairns.  Our client base includes all ages from many different cultrural backgrounds.  We are passionate about helping people and enjoy what we do.
