Location: Tongaat, North Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. Estate Manager required for an estate in Desainagar. Full time employment. Incumbent must have a reasonable knowledge of municipal bylaws and building regulations. Must have good people skills and be able to liaise with Contractors, security company and maintenance teams. Must have own transport. Provide weekly feedback on security, maintenance, landscaping and construction to the relevant Directors on the Home Owners' Association.
