Account Manager

At Wallace Myers our client are a global company in the internet services and products space currently have an opening for an account manager.

The ideal candidate with have a minimum of 2 years experience managing accounts and partners.

Responsibilities

This position consists of 2 parts: Account management & partner development.

Account Management:

    * Processing Offline renewals: work with end customers and order management on processing offline contracts that are up for renewal.
    * Change Contract from Offline to Online: Moving customers to online through EZDeal.
    * Accounts in Risk of Suspension: Work with a list of customers in risk of suspension for unpaid invoices to make sure renewal is completed.
    * Customer Issues: Answer tickets from customers requests through Account Management email alias

Partner Development:

    * Sales Training and sales certification of partners within EMEA
    * Partner Recruitment: Targeted reseller recruitment - target MSPs
    * Applicant Conversion: Drive a higher conversion rate for partner applicants
    * Community: Engage segments of the Community Partners on specific sales/marketing campaigns
    * Partner Development: Support Partner Development in the launch of new large partners

Requirements:

    * Account Management Experience/Sales experience (1-2 Years)
    * English a Must. Another EU language an advantage.
    * Ability to build and maintain successful relationships
    * Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
    * Strong Business/Commercial acumen.
