General Manager - Sales and Operations

A Dubai-based, leading scaffolding and formwork setup is looking for a candidate for the position of General Manager - Sales and Operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing a scaffolding business with direct reporting to the CEO; leading and coordinating a team of salespersons, designers and experienced scaffolders; monitoring the overall company operations and ensuring successful and efficient execution of jobs within schedule and budgets; representing the company before clients and conducting price negotiations, contracts and tenders

Personal Specifications: Graduate degree duly attested by concerned authorities. Should have hands-on experience in managing scaffolding projects. Minimum 10 years experience in scaffolding in the UAE and GCC preferred.

Excellent interpersonal / relationship building skills. Must have leadership abilities to lead projects / training programs, the ability to lead and drive initiatives, the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and manage people.

Computer knowledge - MS Office software (e.g. Excel, Word, ‘PowerPoint and Outlook). 1 - Valid UAE driving license
