The role of Customer Service: This position would ideally suit someone with a strong understanding of the NDIS, experience providing high levels of customer service that has strong interpersonal and sales skills with an eye for detail, along with excellent written and verbal skills.

An ability to work creatively and collaboratively to solve problems, and a strong understanding of managing services within a funded plan and budget are also required. Candidates also need to show a commitment to professional and ethical conduct and the values of the organisation.

As a CST member you will support customers to meet their goals through the services we offer. You will need to build service agreements that meet the needs of customer’s that are also in line with NDIS plans. This role will report directly to the Customer Service Team Manager.

We are looking for applicants who are: Able to communicate effectively and positively influence others. Able to work with other departments, providers and colleagues to solve problems across a broad spectrum of issues.

Applicants: To be successful in the role you are required to have; An understanding of support services offered by Kirinari. Strong attention to detail.  Knowledge and experience of the NDIS and/or the disability sector.
