Receptionist/Administrator, Toowoomba & Darling Downs. Energetic and mature-minded professional receptionist sought for dynamic Real Estate office!

We are seeking someone who has reception experience and/or strong administration skills, is highly organized, has a strong work ethic and an ability to go above and beyond.

Ideally you will be: Focused on providing great customer service. Excellent with your telephone and people skills. Independent within your role, yet welcome structure and supervision as needed. Able to maintain the professional front of office presentation at all times. Adaptable to learning new programs and software. A fantastic administrator. Highly organised with a demonstrated experience in multi-tasking. Able to manage demands on your time and generally work at a fast pace. Interested in Real Estate, with a focus on Property Management. If this describes you, we'd love to hear from you!  

The role is full time - 5 days per week, with rostered Saturdays. All applications are treated in the strictest confidence. Please note: a real estate certificate is a preferred prerequisite.
