We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, friendly, and down-to-earth team members to help bring our beautiful venue to life.

Located just outside Torquay on 10 acres of rolling hills, our café is a welcoming spot for locals and visitors alike. With a focus on great service, native Australian plants and ingredients, and a relaxed atmosphere, we’re building something special—and we’d love you to be part of it.

We’re hiring for multiple casual roles. Duties will include:

Making consistently great coffee and other beverages

Welcoming guests and providing warm, attentive service

Delivering food, clearing tables, keeping the café clean and inviting

Assisting with light food prep and daily operations

Helping to create a calm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors

About You

This role might be a great fit if you:

Have at least 1 year of barista or front-of-house experience

Bring a warm, positive attitude to work—even on the busy days

Feel confident working independently or with a small crew

Have experience with POS systems

Enjoy nature, good food, and connecting with the local community
