Duties: Get new products featured on the Website every week - products are from vendors signed by Ops Manager (expectation today is to get to 200+ products/week)

Resources: 3 x part time external copywriters Formalize the production process: Listing the products to feature based on Vendors contracts Setting up the price to determine the commercial viability of each product (profitability vs. retail prices in SA)

Managing the content production (written content, pics, upload) QC (product description, pics are complete and sell well, SEO and reading by feeds are optimised) Setting up navigation on the website for all products (menus, tags) Going live Producing and updating templates/specs for written content, pictures, navigation, and training copywriters.

Skills in digital photography and photo editing are a plus. The job also requires to regularly review, update and improve the UX and content of the website. Conduct content audits, CMS research, content mapping, creating voice and tone guidelines, and develop content strategies. Reporting in Excel. Digital photography and photo editing. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational & time management skills. Proficient in MS office package. Target oriented and believe in team work.

Applicants Must Have: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Content Production With Advanced Excel. Grade 12 with relevant post-matric 3 year Degree/Diploma. Advanced Excel – Not Negotiable. Management experience.
