Printing Company looking for skilled Customer Services Agent (all-rounder) in front shop to turn walk-in enquiries into production orders; and so must be able to consult with the customer, put the spec into print terms, quote and then liaise with production.
Playout and finishing of over-the-counter print jobs forms part of the job. The candidate must have a working knowledge of DTP and the Adobe design suite. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience (no reply service to unsuccessful applicants)
