Self-motivated and can work under pressure. Team Player. Good in communicating verbal and written. Can work under pressure.

Duties & Responsibilities: Giving correct information to the customers. Answers incoming customer call regarding mall information and its retail units and service questions and general client concerns. Answers incoming call and direct it to the concerned department when needed. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport. Willing to work and communicate with the management team to stay updated on a daily basis. Handling Lost and Found and other tenants concern. Keeping the reception clean and presentable to the customers. Can communicate and report with the supervisor or line manager when needed. Working on holidays
