Vacancy Experienced Bookkeeper, Location: Umhlanga, North Suburbs, Job Type: Contract. Vacancy for a confident experienced bookkeeper available at a fast paced real estate agency. Join a dynamic team & assist in taking the organisation to the next level. Primarily focused on the administrative and bookkeeping duties.
Skills required: Ability to work on own and apply logical thinking. Drawing up of commission sheets. Knowledge and experience of Excel, Outlook, Word and Internet. Able to get through high work volumes, efficiently with accuracy. Pastel Partner and VIP Payroll Experience. All aspects of administrating a small business i.e. UIF, taxes, workers compensation, VAT, IRP forms.
Invoicing, Full debtors control function, Follow up on payments, Capturing of supplier invoices onto pastel, Reconciling of cashbook, Control and reconciling of petty cash onto cashbook, Planning of the financial status of company’s weekly and monthly budgets i.e purchases and sales figures. Vat recons compiled and done on e-filing. Compiling all price increases for suppliers and customers. Working hours 8am – 5pm. Alternate Saturdays 9am-12pm
