Job Description: Looking for a Senior Graphic Designer. Min. Requirement: At least 3 or 5 year degree in Graphic Design or related field. At least 3 or more years of supervisory or management experience. Degree in Marketing is a must. Experience managing and designing for multiple brands. Portfolio is required. Advanced knowledge of production: write and coach others to write complex specs, incorporate printing and binding techniques, die cuts, varnishes, coatings, foils, embosses and specialty papers, troubleshoot files, postscript problems, prepress, press and bindery issues. Advanced communication, mentoring, motivation and teaching skills. Able to lead and mentor a team. Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. Process oriented and strong attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Advanced knowledge in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator ,Dreamweaver, Flash & Premier on Mac platform Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Advanced writing, organizational and computer skills. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. UAE Drivers license.
