Sales/Marketing Representative, Location: Bloemfontein, Free State, Job Type: Full-Time. General Information. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be exposed to marketing and brand promotion in the Free State and Northern Cape region. The Employee will further be exposed to company policies and procedures, data management, Sales and other administrative roles involved in any working environment.

The Employee will receive a basic monthly salary which is negotiable, as well as commission on sales.

Description of Position: Employee’s main responsibility will be to market and sell the brands and our courses, and proudly promote us as a Microsoft Partner, to Matriculated students and any corporate clientele, collect a database of interested clientele from schools and corporate organizations around Free State and Northern Cape, and present our offerings in a positive and informative manner. The Employee must work consistently to achieve registration targets – this will be commission driven. Employee will also be required to fulfill general administrative roles of a Marketing Rep and student advisor. This will include data capturing, liaising with schools and clients to make appointments, Open Days, public speaking, documentation delivery to prospective learners and other responsibilities allocated by the Departmental Manager.

Job Roles: Schools/Expos bookings. Calendar management – booking meetings and exhibitions or presentations. Attending schools/expos/presentations and presenting course offering. Collect data of interested learners. Data capturing – Data from expos/schools, marks, attendance etc.

Following up with potential students via CRM Database. CRM Database maintenance – calls backs, comment updates etc. Making appointments between students/parents and consultant. Bookings for workshops and open days. Sending interested learners information. Get students to register for our courses. Ensure Registration process is completed correctly.

Cold Calling, Corporate Client Visits, Qualifying Criteria, Driver’s License with own, reliable vehicle is a must. Friendly, fun, confident, bubbly personality, not afraid to speak to new people, parents and managers. Professional communication and language skills, fluent in English and Afrikaans. Excellent telephonic skills. Fully Computer Literate – professional email writing skills.

Strong Organizational skills: Diligent, Fast, Learner, Strong admin, skills, Some sales experience an advantage (Promotions etc).
