Civil Engineering Bachelor Degree (as a minimum) from an accredited and reputable University. Extensive & thorough Knowledge of different FIDIC Contract Editions as well as extreme knowledge of site & construction management. Minimum 15 years of Experience with a minimum 10 years in Dubai.
