FMCG Vendor Supervisor, Sandton, Johannesburg. Leading FMCG Company is urgently looking for a 3rd Party Service Coordinator.

Your duties will include but is not limited to: Ensure that daily service KPIs are delivered by 3rd parties, so service to members is met. Ensure proper proactive communication between Logistics and business (members) and 3rd parties in case of any events which might impact service level. When occurring, analyze the root cause of non-performance and coordinate with the 3rdParty and Client teams to build and implement a plan to recover performance to the expected level. Act as first tier problem resolution for issues escalated to 3rd parties.

Handle logistics HCM queries in a way that SLA is met. Conduct 3rd Party performance assessment to support Logistics Mgmt. with recommendation re areas of improvement and/or change in terms of cooperation. Focus on SLA implementation and measuring execution toward it. Monitor performance and identify/execute areas of improvement. Report daily/monthly service performance KPIS. Build excellent relationship external and internal focused on partnership in cooperation.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or a master’s in Supply Chain, Operations or Business Related. Experience from international company. Supply Chain, Logistics, Vendor Management, Customer Service, other operations related – 7 years min. Experienced in 3rd Party/Vendor management.
