Bar Supervisor, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. The client in Hospitality and Sport Administration seeks to employ a Bar Supervisor on a contract basis. The incumbent will be responsible for the management of the bars, liquor stock control, bar equipment and glassware control, management of point of sale, general stock taking and administration.  Weekend and after hours work will be required, on occasion. The incumbent should be able to handle pressure and work with staff. 3-5 years experience in beverage management for large scale events is required.
