Job Role: A specialist management support role within a business unit that does not have any direct reports. Assist and advise managers on the financial implications of business decisions to aid growth and profit. The role includes compiling and managing a budget, account payments, expense and/or debt management, preparing financial reports and statements, commentaries, payroll, undertaking financial administration and internal audits.

Requirements: Qualifications Matric/Grade 12, Diploma/Degree in Accounting. Experience: At least 3 years experience in a Financial role.

Knowledge/ Skills: Knowledge of basic relevant accounting principles. Knowledge of basic Value-added Tax (VAT) legislation. Financial Queries and Recommendations. Financial Reporting. Financial Information Processing.

Responsibility: Preparation of Monthly expense reports, forecasting and variance analysis for selected business units. Preparation of annual budgets for the cost centres within the selected business units and provide feedback to cost centre owners. Approval of invoices. Preparation of monthly reconciliations. Provide information pertaining to expenses as part of the annual audit process. Salary: R36000
