1. Able to Trouble shoot systems, network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

2. CAT6 cable dressing, termination, testing and labeling.

3. Manage day to day support on windows server and backup.

4. Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, Keyboards etc) to ensure functionality.

5. Install and configure appropriate software functions according to specifications.

6. Archiving /Scanning/Printing – Renaming, recording and filing incoming hard or electronic copies of files (Internal and External)

7. Maintaining all tracking records and ensuring that they are initialed when a file is taken from the filing room

8. Maintaining document logs for correspondence.

9. Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management and recording all documentations

10. Ensure that all the relevant Project documentation are registered / maintained in the electronic Document Management System.

11. Develop Photocopies / Binding and transmitting of documents.

12. Co-operate with Management & operation team, Client and Sub-contractors effectively and resolve problems and issues relating to documentation

13. To maintain a safe and secured working environment within Document Control

14. Ensuring all management system documentation is the current version and easily accessible

15. Processing and recording incoming and outgoing vendor data and clients documents.
