ISP Call Centre Manager Centurion - R25K +, Centurion, Pretoria / Tshwane. A dynamic ISP has grown rapidly and needs the services of a qualified Call Centre Manager to lead it's team of technical Call Centre Agents.

You must have technical skills and understand Wireless Client Premises Equipment technologies to understand your technicians calls. You must have proven team leadership qualities to ensure our call centre technicians are incentivised and energised to provide our clients with top level assistance.

During the shutdown you will be required to come into work twice a week but the rest of the time you can work from home provided you have a reliable internet connection. Salary R25K a month plus commission and incentives
