About the Role

As our new Junior Property Manager, you’ll be part of a supportive team that values growth and teamwork.

You’ll work alongside experienced Property Managers to assist with the day-to-day management of a well-maintained portfolio — handling leasing, inspections, and maintenance — while building the skills and confidence to manage your own properties in the future.

This role is perfect for someone who already holds their WA Certificate of Registration and has around 12 months’ experience in property management or a PMA role.

A Typical Day Might Include

Support the team with the day-to-day operations of the portfolio that keeps the portfolio running smoothly

Assisting with home opens, processing applications, conducting background checks, and preparation of lease agreements

Coordinating inspections and maintenance requests

Helping with rent reviews, and tenancy documentation

Communicating with owners and tenants to provide great service

What You’ll Bring

Current WA Certificate of Registration (essential)

Around 12 months’ experience in a property management or assistant role

A strong eye for detail and excellent time management

Friendly, professional communication skills

A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
