Packhouse Manager: Berries, Stellenbosch, Cape Winelands. Our client, an agricultural enterprise based in the Cape Winelands, offers a career opportunity for a Packhouse Manager: Berries.

Responsibility: The incumbent will report directly to the board of Directors and will be responsible for the overall effective management of the berry packhouse.

This includes: managing the sorting, packing and dispatching process, managing and reporting of daily and weekly packing program, planning and purchasing of packaging materials, budget management, cold room management, management of human resources component in packhouse, quality control, and control over administration.

The ideal candidate will have similar packhouse management experience with knowledge of BRC and Global GAP accreditations. Computer proficiency with knowledge of Excel are required. We thank all candidates for their interest and advise that only those under consideration will be contacted.
