Your role: Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone. Ask questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going. Listen to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales. Gather and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products. Keep up to date on all products and informing customers of new products. Answer customers' questions on the products. Build strong customer relations and gain referrals. Meet sales quotas.
