Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification, Construction Millwright Trade Certification, Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Major Work Area: Machinery installation, New construction, Maintenance, Service, Repair, Overhaul
Area of Specialization: Assembling machinery and equipment, Installing machinery and equipment, Adjusting machinery and equipment, Start-up and testing, Shutdown operations, Renovating and restoring, Rigging and handling, Troubleshooting, Centering and setting to elevation, Bearing, seals and packing, Operation of computer controlled equipment, Specialty welding, Stainless steel welding, Vibration analysis, Levelling and aligning, Laser levelling, Laser aligning, Optical alignment, Computerized alignment, Programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
