Handle the general supervision of the site activities
Make sure the projects are executed with the most cost effective methods
Ensure total quality and quick delivery of all projects
Assess adequacy of methods, structures as well as equipment to ensure achievement of specified health and safety results
Provide assistance to site engineers and project manager in the performance of their work
Carry out resource planning to meet the project schedule.
