Admin/Assistant Accountant cum Document Controller
Minimum of 5 years working experience
Available in UAE and willing to join immediately.
Qualifications: 1. Background in VAT (according to UAE Law)
2. Administering payrolls and controlling income and
expenditure
3.Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
4.Managing colleagues, workloads and deadlines.
5.Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
6.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
7. Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities
8.Copying, scanning and storing documents
9.Checking for accuracy and editing files, like contracts
10. Maintain Logs for both soft and hard copy of documents.
