Banquet Server
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Part Time, On Call, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening
Salary: $11.00 to $13.00 Hourly for 20 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Smart Serve
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Work Setting: Formal dining room, Catering firm
Food and Beverage Serving Skills: Serve food and beverages, general plate service, Serve food and beverages, formal or French service, Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills: Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware
Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Assist customers with special needs, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Balance cash and record sales, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Load buspans and trays, Set tables, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, Replace linen
