You will also understand how customers behave across channels and know how to create relevant content for relevant target campaigns in order to successfully convert this understanding into customer engagements via various channels and manage the funnel to turn leads into sales.

Strong SEO knowledge. Strong Social Media marketing knowledge. Basic graphic design to create social media graphics, presentations, etc.
