Responsibility: Provide switchboard relief for the receptionist until they arrive for their shift. Check the on-call report and respond to vacancies created. Ensure on call staff are placed in vacancies created. Update all staff’s details and status on Med Zone/ Nims. Update all staff’s availability on Med Zone/ Nims. Fill shifts received as soon as the client has made the request.

Confirm booked shifts with the relevant staff. Email client to inform of the staff member you have recruited to fill the position. Manage all shift cancellations by sourcing replacements as soon as possible. Notify the client of the cancellation and replacement of their initial candidate. Manage all client complaints which have been lodged. Follow up on the calibre of candidates we have supplied the client with. Salary: R7500.
