AGR GROUP SA (PTY)LTD, is currently looking to recruit experienced OUTBOUND SALES AGENTS to join their Team and work remotely from the comfort of your home. The successful candidate will be target driven and results orientated. The necessary equipment i.e desktop, monitor, LTE and headset will be provided in order for you to call customers and offer an awesome product.

Remuneration package: Commission Only : Uncapped from sale 1(You write your own cheque - literally). Basic Salary will be considered after a 3 month probation period. Training: Provided upon commencement and on an ongoing basis.

Shift hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00) – No weekends unless agreed. Interviews will be conducted virtually.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following requirements: Minimum grade 11 qualifications and above. Tertiary qualification (advantageous). Proven communication skills in English (written and spoken) an additional language would be Advantageous.

A minimum of one to two years’ experience in a hardcore sales-driven call centre environment. Clear criminal and credit record (verification and necessary checks will be undertaken).
