Asphalt Roofing Foreman/Woman (Lead Hand)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Day
Salary: $25.00 to $32.00 Hourly for 44 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Roofer Trade Certification, Roofer Red Seal Certificate, Driver's License
Experience: 5 years or more
Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 5
Workers Supervised: Roofers, Apprentices, Labourers
Major Work Area: Construction, Installation, Repair
Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Commercial, Industrial, Institutional
Specific Skills: Supervise workers and projects, Coordinate and schedule activities, Ensure adherence to safety standards
Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance, Criminal record check
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles
Work Site Environment: Outdoors
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, Own vehicle
Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less
