Junior Site Manager (Interior Fitouts), Other, Johannesburg. Company Name: Intra Design. Intra Design is looking for a Junior Site Manager for commercial interior projects/fitouts.

Responsibilities include: Manage construction activities on-site (mostly interior fit-out). May function as site manager, guiding work of the teams, or manage a program. Participates in establishing realistic deadlines. Able to manage multiple projects. Selects and manages interior design consultants on site.

Develops and maintains liaison with all appropriate divisions, departments, and owners. Provides project updates using tools to track and report status. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Coordinate all aspects on-site from site establishment to closeout. Communicate and work with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

Ensure project schedules and timelines are met. Represent the Intra Group brand through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism. Support the visual and quality standards within the company. Salary R8000 - R15000 + Petrol Allowance. Must have own reliable transport and smartphone. Must have experience in construction. Experience in commercial interior fitouts advantageous.
