Permanent Project Administrator, Other, Northern Suburbs. An Electrical engineering and automation Company specializing in Industrial system integrations is seeking to employ a project administrator to join their team. The successful incumbent will be based at their Warehouse in Cape Town Northern Suburbs. 

Responsibilities: Keep track of project budgets and project expenditures. Setup kick-off and post-mortem project meetings. Handle the minute-taking at meetings. Assist with project planning. Keep project calendars up to date. Creating and updating project workflows. Prepare BOM /Q. Assist with quotations / VOs. General Administrative duties as required.

Candidate requirements: Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role +- 2-3 years. Experience in Business Administration or related field. Matric / Grade 12. Own vehicle and valid drivers’ license.
