Training Manager Contact Centre BPO, Other, Johannesburg. We are a well established BPO seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs. Develop training manuals that target tangible results. Implement effective and purposeful training methods. Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance. Assess employees skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement. Effectively communicate with team leaders and management. Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training. Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices. Develop materials based on clients specifications within their industry and needs.
Supports in drafting Standard Operating Procedures for the operations. Works closely with the Quality Assurance team for improvements in both quality and training. 5 years working experience in as a Training Manager. 3+ years experience working directly with clients. 5+ years call center BPO environment essential. Certified Facilitator advantageous. Experience in working with LMS and the development of LMS platforms. 5+ years experience in developing content, assessments. Track record in designing and executing successful training programs. Ability to plan and multi-task. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc). Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
