One of the leading multi-disciplined food and beverage company operating in Dubai looking for multi-talented and result orient candidates to fill immediate vacancy of Key Account Manager (Horeca Sales)

Selection Criteria. Graduate level degree. 5-6 years of substantial sales experience in an FMCG/Beverage company. Preferably has strong relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, and catering companies in Dubai. Excellent communication skill oral and written and well presentable. Excellent selling capabilities and should be a team player. UAE Driving License. Preferably Wester, South and North Africa from 25-40 age

Responsibilites: Maintain and Develop new and existing customers by optimizing quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain the Horeca database through integration and consolidation of Horeca assessments.

Responsible for handling and maintaining the assigned key accounts in terms of business relationships and developments.

Responsible for achieving the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets with respect to the set margins.

Responsible for identifying opportunities and liaising with HORECA Managers to achieve growth and profitability.

Ensure high level of customer service through appropriate follow up, sales proposition and efficient planning with Supply Chain Team and Finance.

Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

Handle sales forecasting for the assigned accounts and monitor the monthly demand planning.

Monitor accounts receivables, update and negotiate payment terms, agreements, and invoicing. Facilitate, negotiate and supervise all contract amendments with the customer.

Manage an efficient and effective HoReCa team through on-job training, motivation and staff development in order to achieve best productivity from the team.
