Candidates must be able to: Have the ability to produce a range of specialist artisan baked items from scratch. Right skill and knowledge, attitude and disciplines in this highly specialised field.

Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years industry work experience within a Bakery Environment. Culinary strengths. Effective communication skills and proficient in English. Must be comfortable to create and develop new artisan breads and pastry items when needed using innovative ideas. Must demonstrate good planning skills, be well organized and work efficiently and hygienically.
