Healthcare Project Architect. 12-15 Years of Experience
RATCLIFF, located in Emeryville, is seeking a talented, technically-oriented team player to join our healthcare group to work in a variety of capacities from initial design through construction administration.  Must be well organized, have strong follow through and provide attention to detail.  We offer opportunities for career growth, a competitive salary and benefits package, and a positive and enjoyable work environment.
    Minimum 12 – 15 years professional experience in design and production of large sized healthcare projects is required.  Experience with outpatient services, medical imaging, radiation oncology, or surgery suites would be a plus.
    Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
    Must be adept at working with Clients and managing budgets both internally and externally.
    Solid working knowledge of California Building Codes and ADA
    California license required.
    MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Revit (working knowledge).
    Must be available locally to interview.
