Moukas Foods inc located at 365 Beaubien West, Montreal, Quebec, H2V 1C8 is looking to fill a butcher position
Main duties:
 Cut, trim, and otherwise prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry, fish and shellfish for sale according to customers' orders
 Grind meats and slice cooked meats using powered grinders and slicing machines
 Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry or fish and may wrap prepared meats, poultry, fish and shellfish
 Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of products according to company and customer requirements
 Ensure food storage conditions are adequate
 May supervise other butchers, or meat cutters or fishmongers.
Important qualities: Work well under pressure and work well with others
Experience needed to apply for the position: minimum of 5 years
Salary: 14$/per hour
35 hours of work per week which includes days, evenings, weekends
Start date for position: September 1 2014
